We don't just deal with the game of Basketball, we also deal with the game of Life.
It is so important to offer so much more to our young men by keeping them encouraged and motivated, and our monthly Life Lesson Classes do just that.
We know that the game of Life has it's ups and downs, but we are here to support that. Every month we plan on teaching something new, having guest speakers to speak and just exploring new and exciting things to keep these young men looking towards the future.
We need to continue to lift them up, keep them prayed up and encouraged.

The best basketball conditioning drills use sport-specific skills and exercises to prepare players for the movements they will perform in games. The athletes get accustomed to performing basketball skills (dribbling, shooting, etc.) while exhausted, thus enhancing their late-game performance.
In basketball, dribbling is bouncing the ball on the floor continuously with one hand at a time. It is the only legal way that a player may maintain possession of the ball while walking or running. Passing the ball was the legal way of advancing it.

Coach Clark has been teaching the game of basketball for over 15 years. He is dedicated to the game and passionate about taking each of his players to the next level. He not only teaches his players the game of Basketball but has developed a Life Lessons class for Boys to groom them into productive young men.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
